Replaced an old door and hardware with a new door and new hardware; install new inside/outside door trim — adjust security screen door as it was out of alignment.

Mr. Shapiro does excellent work in a timely manner.  When I called, I received back an immediate response.  This is very important to me as it indicates the customer is important.  We worked out details in the proposal and changed several items as things progressed.  He was flexible and willing to make changes.  His work ethic was GREAT!  He was on time, cleaned up the area, and did a beautiful job on installing the inside/outside door trim and the door.  He was focused on the job and there were no distractions. He is conscientious and a very nice person to work with.  We would definitely consider Mr. Shapiro for any future work.

On a short note, our part entailed buying the door, transporting it home, painting all the trim boards, and buying the hardware.  It takes some effort and time, however, we wanted a certain finish on the hardware.  We have not painted the door yet, but will need to prep it and paint in the future.  Additionally, we disposed of the old door at the County Dump.
