Custom RV Gates

Designing, building and installing RV double wood gates

 

My client found me on the Internet via Google search and asked me if I build RV gates.

I told her she will be better off if she went and look for it at Home Depot.
She said, oh no, I have a custom big home at Fountain Hills AZ and I want the gates to all custom.
I said, I’ll be right over.

When I arrived at her home, she showed me few pictures of gates that she found on the Internet.

They were extremely pricey.

I made few sketches in front of my client and she really liked one of them.

I went back to my office and made a sketch with more details for her and gave her a price via email.

My client proved the sketch and accepted the price.

I built the gates with 2×6 cedar wood and 3/4 inch tongue and groove redwood.

I used no nails or screws.
I applied stain and few coats of Tung oil finish.

Few days later when the finish coat was cured, I installed the gates at her house.

My client was extremely happy with her new gates.

    I absolutely love things made from custom woodwork, and the redwood is so beautiful! Then topping it off with not using nails or screws, that really adds the wow factor!

    These gates look amazing. I love that they protect the premises from trespassers but have a rich and elegant wood finish at the same time.
